Description:

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new business growth. This role requires individuals with an established network of industry contacts who can leverage their connections to acquire new clients.

About Your Role:
  • In this pivotal role, you shall be responsible for cultivating and nurturing a portfolio of clients
  • Pioneering business development by acquiring new clients through diverse sales strategies
  • Cultivating and fostering strong client relationships
  • Unlocking value from your existing clients
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment process from start to finish (drafting job advertisements, screening, interviewing, referencing, conducting background checks) alongside our Full Time Recruiter
  • Establishing a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet your clients' ever-evolving needs

We are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Possess prior experience in recruitment, sales, or a role driven by KPIs
  • Has a strong, ingrained understanding of the Sales process
  • Has previous network and dealings within the blue collar industry 
  • Boast exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful connections with a diverse range of individuals, internal and external.
  • Demonstrate the confidence to proactively engage with clients and candidates, including picking up the phone
  • Showcase impeccable organizational abilities, adept multitasking, and a knack for working at a brisk pace
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and an unwavering hunger for achieving results
